IT Support Executive

Mizzi Motors Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and importer of top automotive brands.
We are currently seeking to recruit a full time IT Support Executive. The IT Support Executive will be responsible to assist in the daily administration of the Company’s IT Systems and to provide support to users on any IT related matters. They will be responsible for any support related tools and systems.
Tasks
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal staff via various channels (IT Service Helpdesk, phone, email, in-person)
Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors when required.
Take responsibility of the ticketing system, including managing and tracking support requests.
Handle the on-boarding and off-boarding of computer users.
Monitor, setup, configure and maintain ICT equipment including PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
Identify, research and resolve technical issues.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Copilot applications such as Outlook, word, Excel, etc
Maintain and improve the IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT team.
Assist with the general maintenance of the networking infrastructure.
Perform configurations and installations on Company Windows clients / servers.
Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of modules and user software applications.
Familiarise yourself with the core IT Systems at Mizzi Motors (Dealer Management System - DMS) to provide guidance and assistance to the Company’s users.
Familiarise yourself with hardware and software brand-specific systems & portals to provide guidance and assistance to the Company’s users.
Attend training both locally and abroad when and as required.
Maintain our 3CX telephone system from a device and software aspect together with other team members and 3rd party suppliers.
Update and create relevant IT support documentation.
Work on delegated IT operational duties on infrastructure, office productivity and business systems.
Perform any other duties assigned by his direct superiors when and as required.
Skills
Fluid in verbal and written communications skills in English and Maltese
Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to keep up to date with current technologies.
Multi-task while adhering to deadlines
Qualifications and Experience
Previous working experience in the field of software support and administration or similar
Be in possession of a valid driving license
