The role ensures that employee development, brand standards, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements are consistently maintained, while supporting Head of Departments in building skills and improving overall organizational performance.

The Quality and Training Executive is responsible for assisting the T&Q Manager in designing, coordinating, and monitoring training and quality initiatives across the organisation. The role ensures that employee development, brand standards, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements are consistently maintained. As a Training and Quality Co-ordinator, you will be responsible in the coordination of events related to the Training & Quality Department, including local and overseas training and audits. Furthermore, you will monitor the learning progress of each employee within the company.
