Leasing Administration Officer - MLL

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

 

• To assist the Operations Executive and support the Sales Manager in the general day-today running of the departments.

• To supervise, administer and monitor the day-to-day work with the Leasing Administration.

• To administer and process any documentation needed on new cars for Mizzi Lease Ltd including Insurance and Licenses.

• To liaise with the Insurance Companies with regards to renewals.

• To process road licenses renewals.

• To process and liaise with the Finance Department when required with regards to invoicing of car washes, pest control, stationery, water, cleaners, fuel.

• To attend any training that might be required and requested by the Company.

• To assign new vehicles to their preferred carwash center.

• To process CVA payments and invoice clients accordingly.

• To check which vehicles require VRT and direct this information to their respective point of contact.

• To take care of all citations payments, petitions, switching of points and invoicing clients accordingly.

• To make sure that no penalty points from any of the fleet vehicles are on any of the directors ifthey were not the drivers / at fault.

• To greet customers in reception and guide them to the correct point of contact ie sales/ operations team.

• Close and archive files of the sold vehicles and get credit notes from insurance

• To open the files for new vehicles both replacements and new leases, assign drivers and filing.

• To ensure a high quality/standard of work and service throughout.

• To abide with the Company Policies and Procedures

 

Job Requirements

‘O’ level standard of education.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Good verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
